Shipping & Returns Policies
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on purchases before tax of $250 or more.
Additionally we will sometimes offer promotions with a coupon code for free shipping, however this does not apply to all products.
Lastly, if you are in the Calgary area we offer $5 flat rate delivery for all orders.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within Canada. However, we have plans to expand to US shipping in 2020.
If you would like to place an order for the US at this time, please contact us as we are still working out the logistics.

Which carriers do you use?
As the strike is only delaying packages by a day or two we have opted not to expand our carriers at this time. However, if you are adamant about using another carrier, please contact us and arrangements can be made.
Something arrived broken or not at all…

Due to the nature of smoking accessories and health concerns over used products, no used products are able to be returned or exchanged.
Unopened items can always be exchanged or returned within 60 days of purchase. With the exception of gifts purchased for Christmas & Holiday season (purchases made after October 1st and noted in the order it is intended as a gift for the holidays).
With these purchases the 60 days will start with Christmas day (December 25), however due to how busy the holidays can be all returns or exchanges must be sent by the last day of February. This results in a 60 day + a few extras.
